Electrical Condition Inspection Reports (ECIR) 5 Year Inspection.
Following the inspection, certificates are completed. This provides detail of all tests carried out and any non-compliances with the Wiring Regulations.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) copies of the Inspection and Test Record are issued to the client for their records. Each appliance tested is labelled accordingly.
Our Work is approved through NICEIC, and has been assessed as having the technical ability to carry out electrical work in accordance with BS 7671 -Requirements for Electrical Installations (IEE wiring regulations). This can be confirmed by accessing the NICEIC website at www.niceic.com
We also undertake Landlord and Buyers Domestic Installation Condition Reports.
